2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dharhara P.S Case No. 139 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 427, 34 Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with co-accused have assaulted the informant and stolen the motorcycle of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent except under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. From perusal of the F.I.R., and impugned order, it appears that all Sections are bailable except under Section 307, 379 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In impugned order nothing have been mentioned about injury report of the injured person. It also appears that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner for offences punishable under Section 307, 379 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Mugner in connection with Dharhara P.S Case No. 139 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
