The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the accused persons having armed with different weapons came and forcibly started sowing Mung crop in his field when the informant objected all the accused persons assaulted him. When the informant raised alarm his brother Shambhu Mandal, cousin Dhirendra Mandal and Sandeep Kumar Mandal and villagers took him to primary health centre. It is submitted that the petitioners are agnates of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16455 of 2016 (4) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 informant. There is a land dispute between the parties. The injuries caused on the informant and other injured are on non-vital part of the body and the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the nature of allegation that on account of land dispute the occurrence took place, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
