Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Araria PS Case No.784 of 2017, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation in brief is that two live cartridges from each of the petitioners were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 18.11.2017.
Having considered the aforesaid fact, petitioners, namely, Sonu Kumar and Ramprit Mehta are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26644 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria PS Case No.784 of 2017.
