2. Earlier, the appellant has moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2873 of 2023 but the same was withdrawn vide order dated 18.10.2024 and thereafter the appellant again moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in the present appeal.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellant to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of two weeks from today and seeks regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty that the appellant surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be considered and disposed of, on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
