Mr.Arun Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the scuffle between the parties both the parties sustained injury. However, the parties with the intervention of the well wishers and common friends have decided to resolve their dispute and they have also entered into a compromise (Annexure-3).

No.14184 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Noticing the fact that the parties have decided to resolve the dispute by way of compromise, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
