JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.2.2018, seeks bail in Kesariya PS Case No. 364 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name by the apprehended accused Pappu Kumar Yadav who too has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 23248 of 2018, no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, moreover the investigation was complete.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjan Kumar @ Pramukh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 11 East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya PS Case No. 364 of 2017.
