2. This is an application for commanding the respondents to restore the Membership No. 084692 of the petitioner to its original state with Bihar Advocate Welfare Trustee Committee.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner may be directed to file a Review Application which shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10511 of 2019(3) dt.21-12-2023 2/2 petitioner to file a Review application within 30 days from today.
5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the Bihar Advocate Welfare Trustee Committee on merits after condoning the delay.
6. This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/s.
7. The petitioner will also pray before the Bihar Advocate Welfare Trustee Committee for depositing one time payment and restoration of his original membership in the Review Application.
