JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C. No.3583 of 2012 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 22.01.2014.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and M.J.C. No.3583 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.
