Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of commission of assault is against other co-accused persons. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing which caused no injury to anyone. Petitioner is aged about 75 years. Petitioner has a criminal antecedent of trivial nature as disclosed in para 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15660 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No. 627 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
