2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singhaul (Singhoul) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 3(5) of the BNSS Act, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, while the informant was returning from his aunt's house, in the way, all the accused persons, including the petitioners, riding on two motorcycles fired gunshots, as a result of which, the informant sustained gunshot injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates. The specific allegation of firing is not against the petitioners rather it is against co-accused Mahesh Kumar and Ranjeet Kumar. He has further submitted that injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Singhaul (Singhoul) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
