Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections Nagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is proprietor of Maa Durga rice Mill, has been falsely implicated in this case. As per the agreement it was the duty of the BSFC to take back the milled rice from the mill to their godown. Petitioner wrote several letters to the authorities for lifting the milled rice, but they did not arrange any vehicle for lifting the same.

It is further submitted that for the fault of the BSFC petitioner has been punished by forfeiting the security amount deposited by him. He is in custody since 24.12.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Special Court, Darbhanga in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
