The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 678 of 2015, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2035 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioner executed a sale deed with regard to Khata No. 196, Plot New Khata No. 374, Old Plot No. 487, New Plot No. 738, area 41⁄2 decimal of land. It is alleged that at the time of registration of the deed instead of Plot No. 776 and 775, Plot No. 738, Old Plot No. 487 have been executed.

Shri N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16679 of 2016 (5) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to execute the deed of correction or return the money whichever the complainant likes. Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the complainant submits that if the petitioner executes the deed of correction he has got no objection. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that undertaking given by the petitioner that she is ready to execute the deed of correction, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 678 of 2015, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2035 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
