2. Permission is accorded.
3 . This bail petition of petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn .
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 and the State .
5 . Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20839 of 2025(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/3 for the offence punishable under sections 109 (1) , 3 (5) of BNS.
6. The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely Priyansh Kumar alleged that when he was on his way , in the meantime , all the F.I.R. named accused persons along with these petitioners intercepted him and on protest by informant, co -accused MaheshKumar fired bullet upon his right leg and thereafter this petitioner also fired upon him but somehow , he managed to escape .
7. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that specific accusation of causing fire arm injury is against coaccused Mahesh Kumar. Petitioner has not caused any injury, though alleged to have fired upon informant.
8 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
9. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against petitioner No. 1 and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner No. 1 , as named above , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Begusarai in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20839 of 2025(3) dt.14-07-2025 3/3 Singhaul ( Singhoul ) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
