This is an application for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.110 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession Mobile, cash, blade, etc. have been recovered while he was intercepted by police.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no recovery of stolen articles has been made from his possession and the seizure list was made on the basis of seizure made in two other cases and he is in custody for five months.

No.38614 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 110 of 2017, G.R.No. 1624 of 2017, subject to the conditions :- (i) One of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (ii) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in court on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled, (iii) Petitioner will report to the Police Station of the area concerned in first week of every month at least for six months.
