Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Paroo PS Case No.199 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that police recovered one country made pistol with two live cartridges from possession of the petitioner.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated, he has no criminal antecedent, moreover the petitioner is in custody for approximately seven months.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and
