The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gardhpura P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one single barrel gun and two live cartridges were recovered. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on
