Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62076 of 2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail since the co-accused persons has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.10.2019 & 04.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44675 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 65270

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15161 of 2020(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 of 2019 respectively. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.05.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of ACJM., XIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
