The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 341, 323, 353 and 504 of the IPC.

Learned counsel submits that no case under section 353 IPC would be made out against him.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, the petitioner as mentioned above would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad Police station Case No. 137 of 2014.

The petitioner will not be physically absent for two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35896 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 consecutive dates at a stretch till two witnesses are examined in the trial, otherwise his bail bond would be cancelled. One of the bailors would be a Government servant and another would be his family member.
