That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus to command the Respondents to pay the enhanced rate of rent, lease agreement at the rate of Rs.30-32 per sqft with interest from due date and cost of this proceedings."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
