The petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-30, 36, 41, 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 35 litres of foreign liquor have been recovered from the backside of house of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 11-06-2017. It has been mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent.
Therefore, looking into clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40925 of 2017 (2) dt.29-08-2017 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeVI, Samastipur subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
