JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No. 53 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376, 511, 323, 341, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Chanchal Singh and Lal Babu Singh took the informant towards field and assaulted her, so far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that on the next day of the occurrence they went at the house of the informant and threatened her not to lodge case against the above stated F.I.R

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21428 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 named accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chhapra ( Saran) in Muffasil Police Station Case No. 53 of 2015 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
