The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is against co-accused Md. Salimuddin, who has sold the land of the complainant in favour of her wife to put wrong claim.

Considering the fact that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner, who is aged about 65 years, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
