JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dehri (T) (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. The allegations levelled are not supported by the injury. No independent witness has come forward to support the prosecution case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45420 of 2017(3) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri in connection with Dehri (T) (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
