The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2005 registered under Sections 304B, 201 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Nawada. Submission is that petitioner, who happens to be married Nanad of the deceased, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against her.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that charge sheet has been submitted showing her absconder.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37824 of 2017 (3) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
