JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 419,406,420,467,468,471,323,386 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of taking money on the pretext of providing employment by the petitioner and others. Initially when the present application was filed, the petitioner disclosed that he is involved in two other cases but a supplementary affidavit has been filed disclosing that the petitioner is accused in five other cases though it is submitted that the petitioner is on bail in those cases.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29112 of 2014 (5) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Supaul. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
