Revision No. 140 of 2020, arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2014, whereby he has dismissed the revision application filed against the order of cognizance dated 16.02.2016 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

2. Considering the fact that this is second revision application in the garb of application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and there is no apparent illegality or irregularity in either of the aforesaid two orders warranting any interference by this Court.
