The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code The petitioner and co-accused person was said to have abducted the informant's daughter, Ujala Kumari, aged about 19 years for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

The victim is major girl who in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that no one had abducted her and she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner with her own will. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. No.187 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
