Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 308, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are agnates. Allegation is that the petitioner gave a blow with iron rod, causing injury at the head of the informant. Doctor has found laceration. Submission is that there is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29275 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No.312 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
