JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 17-08-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act. Vide order dated 19.03.2021, petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of ten days and after expiry of the said period, he has surrendered before the learned court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of supplementary affidavit, submits that as per the FIR, two ATM cards were recovered from the pocket of the petitioner. He submits that one United Bank of India ATM which is belonged to Lankeshwari Devi who is mother of the petitioner and second ATM is belonged to Jay Prakash Singh who is relative of the petitioner but Jay Prakash Singh did not give the Adhar Card due to fear of amplification in criminal case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
