This Court would hardly find any reason to initiate a proceeding of contempt, inasmuch as, there was no time limit given for the Tribunal to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner before such Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties has explained that whatever documents were required were

Patna High Court MJC No.231 of 2014 (2) dt.05-05-2015 already made available to the Tribunal. In that view of the matter, this Court would refuse to initiate a proceeding of contempt but then it would expect the Tribunal to dispose of the case of the petitioner expeditiously keeping in view that the petitioner cannot be allowed to keep on waiting for the decision of the Tribunal for an indefinite period.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
