That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs or order/ orders in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents authorities to give ACP to the petitioner and other consequential benefit by calculating the same and further for directing the respondent authorities to pay amount of 158 days full leave encashment with

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the process of grant of benefits of ACP to the petitioner had already been initiated in the year 2016, hence by now he must have already been granted the benefits of ACP, nonetheless, in case the same has not been granted, the same would definitely be granted within a period of four weeks from today and accordingly, the monetary benefits shall also be paid, forthwith.

Having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-State, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition in the said terms.
