The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 83 of 2017 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 207 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 90 grams of ganja kept in 18 small plastic purias is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The contraband which is said to have been recovered from his possession is of small quantity. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 13.06.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
