3rd supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, who is personally present in Court. The same discloses that in terms of the order of the Court dated 16.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14687 of 2008, payments have been credited

Patna High Court MJC No.839 of 2015 dt.26-10-2016 2/2 to the account of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition, having become infructuous, stands disposed off. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain dues payable to the petitioner still remain.

Be that as it may, the Court, in its present jurisdiction, cannot go into such aspect as only the order passed in the writ proceedings was required to be complied with by the opposite parties. Thus, no further order is required to be passed. However, if the petitioner still has any grievance with regard to unpaid dues, he may approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

Personal appearance of opposite party no. 3 stands dispensed with.
