Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 373 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4,5 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that from the hotel of the petitioner two persons were apprehended on suspicion that they were involved in immoral act.
Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In fact, he is not the hotel owner rather his father is the owner of the hotel. Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2018. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
