2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 190 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other criminals are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been argued by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been identified in the CCTV footage and there is no material against the petitioner of having participated in the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail but he is not able to provide any assistance to the queries of the Court except for the fact that he has been reiterating the statements recorded in the impugned order.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024.
