The writ petition was filed claiming the aforesaid benefit and on 3.11.2011 the writ petition was disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide it within 15 days after deciding the admitted claim.
According to the show cause filed, the petitioner filed a representation and vide Annexure A dated 31.5.2016, the claim of the petitioner has been decided. Part of it has been rejected and admitted claim of Rs.1, 91,235/- has been paid to the petitioner. The order in question has been filed as Annexure A dated 31.5.2016.
Patna High Court MJC No.1165 of 2016 dt.19-01-2018 In view of the above, now, in case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to manner in which the claim has been settled, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same afresh in accordance with law.
