It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners in this case vide order dated 09.08.2017 all the five petitioners were granted the privilege of regular bail but it appears that the name of petitioner no. 5, namely, Rakesh @ Guddan has not been mentioned in the said order.

Accordingly the order dated 09.08.2017 is modified to the extent that name of petitioner no. 5, namely, Rakesh @ Guddan be added in the said order and the court below is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35975 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 to release this petitioner along with other four petitioners in this case, on bail. Further all other condition mentioned in the order dated 09.08.2017 shall remain intact.
