JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent Board to scrutinize the Chemistry paper. The learned counsel for the Board has filed a counter affidavit and in paragraph-8 thereof it has been stated that the scrutiny of the Chemistry paper of the petitioner was held and it has been found that the petitioner is entitled to four more marks, hence the total marks obtained by the petitioner in the Chemistry paper sums up to 47 marks i.e. 15 marks in theory plus 26 marks in Practical as well as 6 marks in terms of the regulation. It has been further stated that the aggregate marks of the petitioner total sums up to 295 marks and he has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.5617 of 2019(3) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 declared to have passed in second division as far as the Intermediate Examination (Science stream), 2018, is concerned. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prima facie it appears that now nothing remains for adjudication, however, liberty be granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
