The petitioners, namely, Vikash Kumar Yadav and Sushil Yadav apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that on account of cutting a bamboo, his brother Sushil Yadav picked up quarrel with the informant and also abused him. Sushil Yadav and his sons assaulted the informant and his wife. The wife of the informant got injuries in teeth. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against any of the petitioners. The wife of the informant fell down and got injuries.
Considering the facts that the petitioner no. 1 Vikash Kumar Yadav is the nephew of the informant and the petitioner no. 2 Sushil Yadav is the brother of the informant and on account

No.16047 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 of cutting of bamboo, the quarrel ensued, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madheura in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 132/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
