This application has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Rahui P. S. Case No. 57 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code amd 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is recovery of stolen motorcycle from the backside of the house of the petitioner and also one country made pistol from eastern side of the house.

It has been submitted that petitioner is in no way connected with the recovery of motorcycle and pistol. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has got no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38844 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 antecedent. He is in custody since 16.05.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Nalanda, in connection with Rahui P. S. Case no. 57 of 2017.
