2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/227 of 20014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a family dispute. The complainant/informant is none other than the wife of petitioner's elder brother, Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, who had earlier filed Complaint Case No.943 of 2013 which was converted as Parsauni P.S. Case No.84 of 2013 and after due investigation, accusations were not only found false but the proceedings against the complainant/informant were

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21844 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 also recommended.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/227 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
