The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 435, 436, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Although, petitioners are named in the FIR, but there is general and omnibus allegation against them. There is allegation of firing, but no one has sustained injury.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
