2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 92/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/379/435/427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 38/39/40 U.A.P. Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

3. The petitioner along with other Naxals is accused of creating terror by assaulting the staffs of the contractor and burning motorcycle and JCB.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2023.

5. From the manner of occurrence, it appears that Naxals wanted levy which was refused by the prosecution and therefore, this occurrence took place. The occurrence is of 2014 and the petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2023.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not is not inclined to grant him bail. This application is dismissed.
