The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No. 2 (The District Magistrate Motihari East Champaran) for compliance of the letters vide annexure 2 & 3 and to make correction as number and nature of land which has been mentioned in record as Khesra 3564, Khata number 416 Gramjurwa Amm in place of Khesra No. 3465 , Khata No. 397.
