Petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018 for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent victim of racket involved in providing appointment on money consideration.

Learned counsel submits that he was implicate in the instant case because he was handed over forged appointment letter and he visited Civil Court for submitting his joining then it transpired that his joining letter was forged and as such he was taken into custody.

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances indicated hereinabove, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018.
