The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 338, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.50137 of 2017 (7) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S.
