JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition, as prayed for. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a beetle shop was settled by the railway in the premises of Sikta railway station in favour of husband of the informant but subsequently petitioner no. 1 got it settled in his favour by fraudulent means.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that under valid agreement the shop has been settled with petitioner no. 1 and now the same has been cancelled.

No.20467 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Narkatiaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 4 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
