Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reveals that she had married with co-accused Shankar Mahaldar, though allegation is of forceful abduction. However, the entire statement reveals that the matter is of love affairs. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kasba Police Station Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28715 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 No. 03 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
