The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 414, 504, 506/34 and Section 25(1-b)a-26, 35 Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assault on the informant as the informant had refused to give his mobile number to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.06.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44860 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017.
