The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hathauri (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 172/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/448/323/324/ 354/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners and the pendency of title suit, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
